Eligibility window
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Include your order ID and a short reason so we can review the request quickly.
When refunds are usually approved
We typically approve refunds when the delivered song materially misses your provided brief and we cannot resolve the issue through a reasonable revision path.
When refunds may be denied
Refunds may be denied for completed deliveries that match submitted requirements, abusive use, fraudulent activity, or requests made outside the policy window.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank.
